SATO RACING Rear Sets (standard version) for 2009-14 BMW S1000RR / ABS and HP4 (part# BMW-S1RS / BMW-S1RSA) features a track-engineered and competition-proven design. Modular adjustable design provides up to 20 unique positions so you can find the ideal position for your riding style.. Can be set up for stock shift or reverse/GP-style shift pattern. Choice of Black, Silver or Gold anodized finish.

Details:

  • The Foot Pegs are fixed-type (non-folding) and have a finely knurled pattern for optimal grip, along with a comfortable, intuitive feel. Pegs have end caps made of protective black Delrin,

  • Modular base plate ./ step plate design provides 20 adjustable positions, ranging from stock equivalent position to more aggressive positions that move your feet further back and higher up compared to stock.. See Position Chart above for the adjustment range. Some positions shown on the chart require the left side and right side Base Plates to be swapped.

  • The Pedal Tips (toe pegs) are made of tough, abrasion-resistant black Delrin, and are also adjustable.

  • Components are precision CNC-machined out of light-weight, high strength anodized billet aluminum, and are fastened together with Stainless Steel bolts and hardware.

  • The shift lever, shift link and brake use double miniature stainless bearings for smooth, precise movement with a solid feel.

  • The multi-link shifter can be set up for either stock or reverse (GP-style) shift pattern, using the S1000RR's existing shift rod assembly and frame pass-through. Compatible with standard shift rod (found on the early S1000RR), along with the OEM quick-shifter on later S1000RR / HP4 models.

  • 2 Rear Sets versions: For ABS-equipped and non-ABS models. Rear Sets for non-ABS S1000RR (part# BMW-S1RS) includes a mechanical type rear brake light switch, along with detailed instructions on how to install it. (ABS version does not require a switch, since the brake light sensor is not located on the rear set.)

  • Includes a black anodized aluminum exhaust hanger bracket. (Can be removed if not needed).

  • Rear Sets kit comes partly pre-assembled, and includes some basic instructions, but does not detail how to remove the stock foot controls. (Consult a shop manual). We recommend installation be performed by a certified mechanic.

  • A small tube of threadlocker is included with the kit. (Any factory pre-tightened parts have already had threadlocker applied during assembly.)

    NOTE: We also make an alternate version of these S1000RR Rear Sets that has a one-piece Step Plate and a slightly less rearward range of peg positions, part# BMW-S1RSF / BMW-S1RFA
