SATO RACING Frame Sliders for 2002-03 Yamaha YZF-R1 (part# Y-R102FS-BK) feature tough slider pucks made of high density black DELRIN, an abrasion-resistant material with low-friction properties ideal for protecting the bike from scrapes or more serious damage if you lay it down at speed on the track. The sliders will help keep the fairings and other exposed parts from touching the pavement in a crash or low-side, with the slider pucks absorbing any potential damage. Sliders are mounted to the frame with high strength chrome molybdenum bolts, and a black anodized billet aluminum spacer collar (L-side). ‘No Cut’ design - No modifications required to install with the stock fairings.
