SATO RACING Rear Sets for 2021-23 Yamaha MT-09/SP and 2022+ XSR900 (part# Y-MT0921RS) features a track-engineered, competition-ready design, with components precision machined out of light-weight, high strength anodized billet aluminum. You can select from 5 adjustable foot peg positions that bring your feet higher up and further back compared to stock, for enhanced control and improved handling at the limit. Shift linkage can be set up for stock shift pattern or reverse shift pattern, and can be used both with the standard shift linkage and quickshifter-equipped models. Fully compatible with the stock brake light switch and ABS. Choice of Black or Gold anodized finish.

Details:

  • The Foot Pegs are fixed-type (non-folding) and have a finely knurled pattern for optimal grip, along with a comfortable, intuitive feel. Pegs have End Caps made of high density black Delrin to help protect them from damage if in contact with the pavement..

  • Adjustable foot peg mount lets you select from 5 unique peg positions that bring your feet higher up and further back compared to the stock foot pegs. See Position Chart above for adjustment range.

  • The Pedal Tips (toe pegs) are made of tough, abrasion-resistant black DELRIN, and are also adjustable. (NOTE: The brake side photos of the Gold set above show it with optional aluminum Pedal Tip with rubber grip part# ST-001R-GD)

  • The shift and brake pedals utilize double miniature stainless bearings for smooth, precise lever actuation with a solid feel.

  • Brake light compatible: includes hardware for attaching the OEM rear brake light pull switch. ABS-friendly design.

  • The Shift linkage can be used on models with the Yamaha genuine quick-shifter, or with the standard shift rod (non-quickshifter). Shift Link can be set up for stock shift pattern or reverse shift pattern.

  • A small tube of threadlocker is included with the kit. (Threadlocker was already applied to any factory pre-tightened parts such as the brake pedal.)

  • Kit includes some basic instructions, but does not detail how to remove the stock controls. (Consult a shop manual). We recommend installation be performed by a certified mechanic.
