SATO RACING Rear Sets for 2011-15 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R (part# K-ZX1011RS) features a thoroughly track-engineered and competition-proven design, with components precision CNC-machined out of lightweight, high strength anodized billet aluminum. Modular adjustable design provides 18 unique peg positions that bring your feet Up / Back compared to stock, so you can find the ideal position for your riding style. These premium Rear Sets have a 'street'-friendly design: Fully compatible with the stock brake light switch and ABS. Choice of Black, Silver or vivid Gold anodized finish.
Details:
The Foot Pegs are fixed-type (non-folding) and have a finely knurled pattern for optimal grip, along with a comfortable, intuitive feel. Pegs have End Caps made of high-density black Delrin .
Adjustable Step Plate design lets you select from 18 unique positions. See Position Chart above for the adjustment range.
The Pedal Tips (toe pegs) are made of tough, abrasion-resistant black Delrin, and are also adjustable.
The shifter and brake pedals utilize miniature double stainless bearings for smooth, precise actuation with a solid feel, and pivot on a separate axis from the foot pegs for optimal leverage.
Components are fastened together with stainless steel bolts. Use the stock bolts to attach the Base Plates to the frame.
Rear brake light compatible: includes hardware for attaching the OEM brake light pull switch. ABS-friendly design.
The shift lever and linkage hardware included connects to the OEM change arm, providing a dedicated stock shift pattern. For Reverse / ‘GP’-style shift pattern, add Reverse Shift Kit part# K-ZX1011RS-CHAM, shown in the last photo of the Gold set above.
Rear Sets kit comes partly pre-assembled, and includes some basic instructions, but does not detail how to remove the stock set. (Consult a shop manual). We recommend installation be performed by a certified mechanic.
A small tube of threadlocker is included with the kit. (Factory pre-tightened parts have already had threadlocker applied during assembly.)
NOTE: The matching Gold-anodized Brake Reservoir Cap and Oil Filler Cap seen in the right side photos are sold separately.
