Rear Sets - Honda CB1000R 2008-16
SATO RACING Rear Sets for gen1 (2008-16) Honda CB1000R (part# H-CB1000RS) features components precision CNC-machined out of light-weight, high strength anodized billet aluminum, with stainless steel bolts and hardware. Provides 6 adjustable positions so you can find the ideal position for your riding style. Choice of Black, Silver or Gold anodized finish.
Details:
The Foot Pegs are round-style fixed (non-folding) pegs and have a finely knurled pattern for optimal grip, along with a comfortable, intuitive feel. Includes end caps made of protective high-density black Delrin.
Adjustable Step Plate design lets you select from 6 foot peg positions that bring your feet progressively higher up and back compared to stock. (See Positions Chart).
The Pedal Tips (toe pegs) are made of tough, abrasion-resistant black Delrin, and are also adjustable.
The Shift Pedal, Shift Link and Brake Pedal have double miniature stainless bearings for smooth, precise lever actuation with a solid feel.
Shifter can be set up for either stock shift pattern or reverse/GP-style shift pattern by changing the mounting position of the lower (Sato) Shift Rod on the Shift Link. (Use with the stock vertical shift rod and change arm.) See the animated GIF showing a similar model.
Includes a black anodized aluminum exhaust hanger bracket for the stock exhaust. (can be removed if not needed).
Includes hardware for attaching the stock brake light pull switch to the backside of the rear set. ABS-compatible design.
A small tube of threadlocker is included with the kit. (Any factory pre-tightened parts have already had threadlocker applied during assembly.)
Rear Sets kit includes some basic instructions, but does not detail how to remove the stock foot controls. (Consult a shop manual). We recommend installation be performed by a certified mechanic.
