Rear Sets - Aprilia RSV4 / Tuono V4 R APRC ABS 2013-16
SATO RACING Rear Sets for 2013-16 ABS-equipped aprilia RSV4 and Tuono V4 models (part# A-RSV413RS / A-RSV413RSR) are precision CNC-machined from light-weight, high strength billet aluminum, and anodized in your choice of Black, Silver or vivid Gold finish. This track-engineered and competition-proven design provides 5 adjustable foot peg positions in a range that brings your feet progressively higher up and further back compared to stock, for a more aggressive riding position well-suited to the fast straights and steep lean angles encountered on the track.
2 designs of these Rear Sets are available: The standard Rear Sets have a stock shifting pattern, while the Reverse Shift Rear Sets (as seen in the last 2 photos above) provide a dedicated reverse (GP-style) shift pattern.
Details:
The shift and brake pedals use miniature double stainless bearings for smooth, precise lever actuation with a solid feel.
Shift linkage is optimized for use with the OEM quickshifter.
The Foot Pegs are fixed-type (non-folding) and have a finely knurled pattern for great grip, along with a comfortable, intuitive feel. Pegs include End Caps made of protective Delrin. Peg position is adjustable 5 ways on the step plate. (See Positions Chart)
The Pedal Tips (toe pegs) are made of tough, abrasion-resistant black Delrin., and are also adjustable.
Compatible with the OEM brake light switch specific to the 2013-16 models. ABS-compatible design - does not require relocating the master cylinder or taking off the brake line, simplifying installation.
Includes a black anodized aluminum exhaust hanger bracket designed for use with stock low mount exhaust. (can be removed of not needed)
Kit includes a small tube of threadlocker. (Factory pre-tightened parts have already been Loctited.)
Rear Sets kit comes partly assembled, and includes some basic instructions, but does not detail how to remove the stock foot controls (consult a shop manual).
